Shift Supervisor – 3rd Shift
As a 3rd Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff and activity in assigned inventory storage locations, shipping and receiving areas, and ensuring that warehouse activities are consistently performed to meet internal and external requirements.

Sources and qualifies new carriers per business needs, cultivated carrier partner relationships. Performs customer service activities and applies full spectrum of service offering to customer’s needs. This position is held at our corporate office in Saint Joseph, MI.
As a Trainer you will be responsible for developing content, designing eLearning modules, and collaborating with multiple teams to help achieve their goals and business results. This is a hands on position, supporting our six warehouse facilities and our corporate office. Business Development Account Executive
St. Joseph, MI
As the Business Development Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing, selling, and implementing integrated logistics services. Selected candidate will conduct operational analysis, business modeling, develop pricing, and present solutions to key targeted prospects This position is located at our corporate office in Saint Joseph, MI.
As a Window Clerk, you will be responsible for supporting supply chain procedures, including processing product shipped and received by Hanson. This position is located at our Hobart facility.

As a continuous improvement analyst you will work hand in hand with the General Manager, Director of Continuous Improvement, and a group of teammates who are dedicated to improving the end-to-end operations process in our Lafayette warehouse.
Payroll & Benefits Manager
Saint Joseph, MI
As the Payroll & Benefits Manager you will be responsible for all payroll and benefit administration for a multi-state and multi-unit organization. This position requires significant knowledge of payroll administration, including state and federal regulations as well as benefits management, including plan selection, open enrollment, and ongoing benefits administration.
As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for filling customer orders in a temperature controlled environment ranging from -15 to 40 degree Fahrenheit. The job is fast paced and physically demanding involving lifting, walking and picking products.
